"Looking to buy the "perfect" house can be exhausting. Trying to find a house or property from the other side of the country is ... well there is no perfect word. Nancy helped make it all a little more bearable. She made it her # 1 priority to make sure we found a house that would not only meet our needs, but we could be comfortable enough to call it home.

In fact, we did not see our new home until the day before closing. Nancy sent us pictures of the lot, house plans, and up-dates along with photos during the various stages of construction. She stayed in contact with the builder to make sure our home would be completed by the time the moving van pulled up to the front door. Plus, she assisted us with getting the information needed for selecting appliances, cabinets, flooring – all the required interior and exterior selections.

As a family who moves a lot, this was very insightful of Nancy. She took the time to get to know us and make sure she was there to help us with every aspect of the move. She looked into schools, shopping centers, and sent us information on community events that she thought would help us get acclimated after we were here.
